Keystone Art Gallery is strategically located in the heart of Calgary's business, arts and entertainment districts.  

We encourage you to visit us when in Calgary. We are conventiently located one block away from the Telus Convention Centre and within an easy stroll from the Calgary Tower and the Olympic Plaza.  The Hyatt Regency Calgary is located across the street, and we are two blocks away from the Fairmont Palliser and the Calgary Marriott Hotel.  Other major hotels and shopping areas are within close proximity.  The Stephen Avenue Mall is located one block away allowing office workers a restful diversion on their lunch hour.

In addition, we are also strategically located at the mid-point between the Glenbow Museum and the Art Gallery of Calgary.  Across from the street from us will soon be the new Foster and Associates designed building entitled The Bow.  The +15 network begins outside our door and we are adjoining it for climate controlled visits during inclement weather.  There are two Calgary Transit C-Train stations outside our door for easy access to most qaudrents of the city.

At Keystone Art Gallery we stage regular exhibitions of works by local, national and international artists.  We show the artworks of those who have recently graduated from their art studies to well established artists whose works have been collected my numerous public art galleries, and those who were well recognized during their lifetime.  It is an eclectic gallery which will often surprise the visitor at the diversity of works shown.

The gallery director is Daniel Lindley who has been active in the Calgary commercial gallery market since 1988.  This is his fourth gallery he has been involved with, each with increasing levels of responsibility.

He is very active in the Calgary visual art community and currently serves as a member of the Calgary Allied Arts Foundation board, which he has been involved with since 2004.

His previous board committments have included the The New Gallery board, an artist-run centre, where he has was actively involved between 1999-2008.  He also served on the board of the Triangle Gallery for Visual Arts and numerous community organizations.

As always we are regularly looking for new artists to work with.  Although we work with a lot of artists and consignors we are always willing to see what else is out there.  We are not desperate for new artists, and we are selective about who we work with.  We are of the opinion we can always increase the quality of work we show, and we welcome serious submissions of interest from artists at all stages of their careers.  Our focus is and will continue to be of Canadian artists with a concentration of those located in Western Canada.   Please address inquiries to Daniel Lindley, Director.
